Valkyrie

Tom Cruise stars in this film about the final attempt to assassinate Adolf Hitler. As many soldiers pretended to be loyal to Hitler there were many who formed secret organizations that were determined to get rid of the evil leader. Even though the end of the story is well know it was interesting seeing how close the attempt came to succeeding.

Bangkok Dangerous

Nicholas Cage is back in another action packed movie only this he plays an assassin sent to kill some enemies of a bad guy in Thailand. His job demands he act alone only this time that is easier said than done. Before he realizes what is happening he finds himself attracted to a local girl and mentoring a young man. If you like action movies this is one worth watching.

The Contract

Morgan Freeman and John Cusack team up in a movie about a guy (Cusack) and his son who accidentally stumble across a loose convict (Freeman) and decide they are going to get him back to police custody themselves. Even though I am a fan of Cusack I don't think this was a good part for him. Not a horrible movie, but not great either.

Wanted

Wesley Gibson's (James McAvoy) boring life is about to change when one day he gets rescued by a dangerous woman (Angelina Jolie) who then introduces him to a "fraternity" of assassins. He finds out that his father was killed by a villain who now wants to kill him unless Gibson can get to him first, and so his training begins. Filled with a great cast if you like your movies violent you will love this one.

National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets

When Ben Gates' (Nicholas Cage) family is accused of not really being hero's of the past but of being partly responsible for the assassination of Abraham Lincoln he must enter into another exciting journey to find evidence to refute this claim. Some bold moves such as kidnapping the President of the United States and gaining entrance to the Queen's chamber of Buckingham Palace to examine her desk make this 2nd National Treasure fun to watch. Not as good as the first one but still enjoyable.

Hitman

A group of young boys are taken in at an early age by the "Agency" and trained to be the perfect assassins. They do not have an identity other than a number and live only for the job. When one assignment starts to go wrong Agent 47 (Timothy Olyphant) starts to question his job for the first time. I thought this movie was great. It is action packed and Olyphant does a great job.

Bourne Ultimatum

Jason Bourne returns in the final part of the Bourne trilogy, and finally gets some of the answers he has been searching for. In this final film you are able to start putting the missing pieces of Jason Bourne's life together and figure out how he became who he is. It is also fun to see him go for a little revenge against those that made him. I am still not crazy about the shaky filming, but I still enjoyed the movie.

Bobby

This is the star filled story of the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy in the 1960's. It takes you through the events leading up to his death, and all the other people affected by this horrible tragedy. Emilio Estevez does a fantastic job telling this story and it is a must see!
